The oldest sheep breeding farm established in the year 1950. It is situated about 3 kilometres away from Rishikesh-Badrinath Highway near Pipalkoti town, 4500 feet above MSL. It acquires a total of 51 hectares of land with carrying capacity of 300 sheep.
